When in organize in all items page, you able to see the total number of entries you made in the viewing records. This total adds up all your folders including the trash folder. Is it possible to delete the number of trash from that total just like the old site?

Do you have a screenshot by any chance? I'm confusededededed.

Are you talking about the count number all the way to the upper right of the grid? You're saying that includes the number of cards in trash?

Yes.... If you trash any items, that number goes up and if you empty your trash it goes down...

If I'm adding cards to my organize (fingers crossed it doesn't screw me later) and my Total items count is going up; shouldn't my Recently added total be going up aswell? I'm now about 500+ cards difference. My 2 numbers matched before the site switch

Recently added wasn't working for a while, and now you have to specifically choose recently added when adding cards.

Why don't they eliminate the "recently added" folder? It's useless. All you need is "All items" and the collections you've created. I'm pulling my hair out here because I have different amounts of cards when i search a specific year under "recently added" "all items" and my folder I made for that year. I spent all of Jan re-adding my inventory and it was 100% accurate. Right now it's *#@!(d

I can't possibly figure out how you can use the "All Items" folder for anything. In mine I have 18,833 cards. Page 1 of 198 goes like this:

1969 Transogram
Classic Four Sport
Classi C3
1996 Vissions Mark Martin
1996 Clear Assetts Mark Martin
1964 Topps Venezuelean

Just to mention a few. It seems that just about any card you ever looked at could be in that collection. I have a whole bunch of racing cards in there and I have no Idea how they got there.

The way I do it is I do a search in Price guide to find the cards/sets that I am looking for. I then click on the check box and then click on 'Add Selected to Organize'. I then specify that the file be downloaded to my 'recently added' folder. I go to 'Organize', open 'Recently Added' and transfer the cards to the collection of my choice. The search function is not completely working yet so you have to select 'page' when checking the boxes and keep the collection to no more than 100 files. You will have to load larger files in pieces but they all go together and arrange themselves by number once they are in your collection.
