FedEx Tracking Info from BGS
So, it seems everytime I am waiting on a BGS order to come back to me, the email and link in the email they send me to tell me the order has shipped NEVER works. It always tells me "Error: This job has not shipped yet"; even after it's been delivered. Well, I just got notification that my most recent batch shipped yesterday and would like to be able to track the package because I need to notify FedEx to hold it for me and not deliver it until next Friday because I will be out of town (and do not want them to attempt delivery 3 times and then make me drive 45 minutes to go pick it up from them). I've emailed Beckett grading but go figure, I haven't gotten a response back yet.

The tracking number listed under the job ID link under order status at the BGS site is also not bringing anything up either. Help!

Problem solved.

Apparently Beckett is old school and still manually inputs the tracking numbers for each order; 2 of the numbers in the tracking number were transposed by whomever entered it. Just called FedEx and had them look up the order by delivery address and problem solved.

Attention Beckett: It's the 21st Century, they make many many easy to use, cheap programs that will auto populate tracking numbers to Job IDs and order numbers. It'll help cut down from stupid mistakes like this in the future.
