more pickups for sets w/scans
I just got a few more cards for the sets that I am doing. I only need 11 more cards to finisht he 55' set. The good part is that they are all commons. For the 63' and 65' set, I only need a little more than 40 cards for each. Hopefully, can finish these 3 sets by the summer.
Comments are welcome.

Nice, what will be your focus once these 3 are out of the way..... Just have to ask. (gotta keep the obsession fueled)

Really like the '55 set.

Question: Where are you getting these? LCS or ebay? I have been thinking about a vintage set, but not sure if I need to start with lots on ebay and search to fill from there.

I will go with the 59' and 67'. I have acquire a few lots from both years. I do have a few stars from those years already, so those will be my next two projects.
I picked the cards through my LCS(not many now, since there aren't much needed to finish). Also, I have a show dealer from VA, that do shows on the west coast. I have known him for a few years, so I give him my wantlist and every couple of months he send me cards of my wantlist. He knows the type of condition that I look for. Once in a while I pick a few cards through the beckett marketplace. They are usually some dealers with good price and great conditions. In the marketplace there is more search to be done, but usually can find some good deals, with patience. Ebay is my last option, to get the final pieces to finish a set.
