I see a lot of people here who if given another service similar to Beckett would drop them like a hot potato. It's gotten to the point of absurdity imo, but as a pay per service we have the right to complain. Just as I would expect anybody else who took their car to a mechanic and paid good money, but their car didn't get fixed.

I am equally, if not more frustrated. i rely on the site for my business, for my way of life, and i have had to create all kinds of work arounds.

but repeatedly whining/complaining on the boards does absolutely no good. NONE. zippy. nada.

their dev team is working on it. beckett doesnt want to willingly screw us with our pants on. if you think they dont care, then you dont understand business.

should they be communicating more? yes, in some respects, though expectations of giving us deadlines and timetables is unrealistic, for many reasons. should their customer service be better? no doubt. from a business standpoint, im aghast at their public relations

this si supposed to be a help board. those that look for help...i try to help them out. those that come to complain repeatedly (which is whining. complaining the first time is complaining. complaining repeatedly, on the same topics, ad nauseum, is whining)? well, i cant say what i think on that matter without it being deleted

jacobystealshome, ive seen you on just about every help forum thread whinning about people complaining, how is what your doing different then what others are doing. and i wish they didnt delete the thread talking about people getting banned, i only got to through the first page, it seemed like an interesting read. im not trying to attack you, i just dont understand how you think what youre doing is different. im a member on alot of forums and i like them because everyone should be able to voice their opinion so i respect yours as i hope you would respect mine.

If anyone bothered to read the TOS, it would be abundantly clear why that thread was deleted. Many of the people who participated are lucky to not become part of the group they were whining about.

I suggest EVERYONE who posts on this board carefully read item 11(A)(e)(f). Perhaps read it twice for good measure.
