So I bought a box of 09-10 Upper Deck retail hoping to pull, you guessed it, Blake Griffin RC. Figured if I didnt get it then at least I would get a Jersey out of the box. Well needless to say, not only did I not get a Griffin, but I did not get my guaranteed Jersey either!!

Contacted Upper Deck and they said they would take care of it. My question is, has anyone had this happen to them before? What kind of card(s) should I be expecting from them for replacement and how long do you think it will take to receive the replacement? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

I hope you have better luck than I did, I got a Redemption autograph out of a box 09/10 upper deck blaster. Not only did the card I got the redemption of didn't exist but I immediately sent an E-mail to them to request a replacement, well needless to say it's been 6 months and still no card. but they Did ask me what Team I like so hopefully I will eventually get a good player and not some lame one. I've heard of people getting some pretty good replacements and not as many lame players. so hopefully this will help some.

I'm surprised they're actually going to do anything about it as the box (I believe) says guaranteed a Jersey per box on average. Meaning some would get two, maybe even three, while others get 1 or none.

A couple of years ago, I bought a box of SPx that missed a jersey or bat so when I mailed them the box, receipt they sent me a nice Ken Griffey Jr. Jersey card.

Same thing happened to me. I bought 3 boxes of Bowman and there was an auto. guarantee and I was missing two so I sent them the UPC, receipt and a wrapper and they sent replacements right out within a couple weeks. Autos. weren't bad either.
