Communication almost always solves trade problems unless that trader goes to the dark side. Reply to PMs and keep everyone informed is key- to just ignore everyone does nothing but ruin what reputation you may have built up, as thats all we have on the internet.

Over the years chasing bad traders down I still shake my head in disbelief, Just doesnt make sense.

I agree even if you for some reason can't make it right this second or week or month be a man/woman and tell everyone what is going on. Not saying anything makes you look like a blatant rip-off that doesn't care.
