I was just curious about this because I'm still paying for this and am not getting any services in which I paid for. Not only was the site down for hours due to the transferring of all the data, but the new site isn't even all up and going since I can't get trades going and alot of the times I keep getting down screens.

I just wanted to know if anyone has seen any talk of beckett maybe refunding us some money, giving us a month free, or anything. Thanks.

Ya for the last 5 days you basically havent been able to do anything at all on this site and it doesnt look like that is going to be changing any time soon.

Right now, the team is working on all of the problems with the site. I would say, wait until they get this baby operating good and then ask this question.

Again, Give them a chance to get this site in place and running good and then put up your suggestion. Right now compaining about it is not going to get anywhere.

The current company mantra on this is as follows: With the exception of a few minor downtimes, you can and always could access the OPG. The rest of the "Organize" functions are free.

I know most of us only want the OPG because of it's usefulness in using the rest of "Organize". Without the trading features, how many of us would bother with the OPG? Not many. But Beckett will swear until they are blue in the face that this just ain't so.
