RE: MONTHLY OPG DIDN'T RENEW
My OPG was suppose to renew on Monday and I made sure all my info was correct but then I get a email saying it could not renew because of my address. So I go look and something happened to my name, this is what was there for my name.....çˆÑŠò^ œàØ™YšÙ

RE: MONTHLY OPG DIDN'T RENEW
Just adding my name to the list of people who had their OPG renewed at new price with auto-renew on. I was charged the new monthly price for my plan even though I was a member prior to the changeover.

RE: MONTHLY OPG DIDN'T RENEW
I got an email that there was a problem with my auto renewal and now it wants to charge me $9. Please help thanks.

Edit: It says I need to do a default billing address or pymt method, but the first thing I did when the new site started up was to update everything. grrrr

RE: MONTHLY OPG DIDN'T RENEW
xstreaminsanity asked me to post this here:

I am not sure if anyone has posted this issue so I didn't want to post it again:

For some reason the Greats of The Game does not show me pricing even though it is hockey and it is way out of order.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Scott

lol. Ok, so you messaged me, I told you to post on here, yet I KIND of found the answer. There's a "mistagging" with this card. Here's why. When I search for 2001-02 Greats of the Game Sticks, I do not see Patrick Roy in the list, it stops at #11. So then I searched for 2001-02 #12 Patrick Roy. There it was. I went to the page, and I didn't see a sport for the card. Therefore, no sport, no OPG access. So it's not your OPG, but a mistagging of the card that seems like an OPG issue. I'll try to get a hold of Bill and see if he can find out all of the cards where there is no Sport category. Sorry about this.

For anyone that wants to see what I'm talking about, look here.

I just went in and my info was all in heiroglyphics - I did NOT enter it that way lol. Will I be put back on the old price? Not my fault my name was jibberish.

RE: MONTHLY OPG DIDN'T RENEW
My OPG didn't renew. Would love to see some prices for cards, but I don't want to subscribe at the new rate. I sent an email to customer service letting them know that my auto-renewal didn't work so I'm trying to cover all areas here. Please let me know what I can do to get my pricing back.

RE: MONTHLY OPG DIDN'T RENEW
Mine didn't renew but I believe it might be because I have had my CC number chance over the past 6 months...I am not sure I really want to pay the new price especially while there are still bugs up the wazoo.

Trading right now is not nearly as easy even with the old slow site...ie I can't go to a random card I want in organize and easily find a person that has that card.....

Sad RE: MONTHLY OPG DIDN'T RENEW
Another non-renewal here as well. Tried to contact Customer Service via email and have received no reply, tried to call a couple of times and got busy signals. Went a head and re-upped at $9 so I could work this weekend now that Organize is functioning. Don't know if I should have risked it. May be a hassle getting it back down to the old pricing as promised. Still have no pricing and the subscription page already says I have only 27 days until the next renewal. Apparently their automatic OPG access by paying through the website isn't working either. I suspect that will remain true unless someone is working over the weekend. Have been paying with auto-renewal and not being able to utilize the OPG with a dysfunctional Organize. Now Organize is working to some degree and can't do much with it without the OPG.
The adventure continues.
