Had my Football OPG on Automatic renewal and just got chraged $9.00.. HELP!!

I was charged 24.00 on Jan 18th (my normal Total Access auto-renew charge).
This month I have been charged twice at 31.00 each, then given one credit of 31.00.
One of two things are acceptable to me here:
1.) Credit my account the difference of 7.00 for the renewal.
2.) Leave the 31.00 as is this ONE TIME and resume the 24.00 rate in March and throughout 2011 as promised.
My pricing has returned to all areas (good!)
Basic functions of my organize are still FUBAR (not good!)

Yesterday Bill made a sticky thread that refunds had been given, though it might take a day or two to show. If by Friday you don't have a refund in your account, let us know. Thanks.

ANY UPDATE ON WHEN RENEWALS WILL TAKE PLACE? MY CARD INFO IS NO LONGER SHOWN, WILL YHIS EFFECT MY ABILITY TO RENEW, OR WILL THEY PULL MY INFO FROM THE OLD SITE?

They've already taken care of this issue. It just might take a day or two, three at the most, to show in your bank account because of the way banks are. Bill made a sticky thread about the issue. Please take a look.

i had two charges refunded on my statement ($5 and $7.60)
still have two @ $9.00 (WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN $6 EA)
will wait a couple days to see if the difference is refunded

The "price adjustment" refunds were done in a second batch to my knowledge, so they may be there later. Thank you for sharing that you see the refunds on the statement. Hope all is well.
