I only subscribe to the Baseball and Football OPGs. Not only was I charged the new rate, but I was charged twice for both.

I too was charged the new rate for my baseball and basketball auto renew. Very dissapointed in beckett right now. Will they fix this and credit me? I sent customer service an email.

Thanks for reporting the issues. I am working with the development team right now on this issue and all duplicate charges will be refunded by my team or Customer Service.

Also working on the overcharges and will work on fixing those as well once the duplicate charge issue is resolved.

Even though my OPG is set to auto-renew on Fri (I Think)...But my CREDIT CARD INFO is gone.... Do I really need to re-enter new credit card info? How do I know that number is secure..? What happened to my saved CC #..? Beckett Hyperspace..? And wont adding a new CC just automatically force me into the price increase..?

I have emailed CS but like everyone else..but no response (that Im aware of)...

my guess as to why responses are taking so long....a gazillion people have been emailing them their problems and they just cant keep up with the influx.
