My Basketball was on auto and didn't renew.Today saw they had renewed it at the higher price.

I got hit with the higher price on my renewals also....i had auto renew on and they ended...I needed the product so I renewed at the higher price...lets see if anything good comes out of this.

I had my baseball on auto renew for months before the new site came over now it's asking me to buy pricing again. can this get fixed? thanks

Same problem here where I wasn't renewed. Are we all going to be charged the new rate? Doesn't seem really fair for long time users Please inform us when the web-site is "safe" to use.

My auto-renew was set on and was supposed to renew yesterday afternoon. I have a few cards to enter into the system and I am not "comfortable" in entering them for fear of have to redo everything again.

Not really happy with the price increase for the simple fact that the system has not been working properly for the last 6 months (at least) and the "new/improved" system doesn't seem to be much better as is today. My suggestion would have been to wait 6 months on the price increase until everything was ironed out and the system was working as designed. Adding the increase in the state it is in currently has only increased the frustration and tempers of your users.

Looking forward to using the system when it is working smoothly and efficiently as we all have been expecting.

Jumping on this list for being charged the new rate for the opg..when I had the auto-renewal set.Hopefully they get this fixed soon.
