Had auto renew on Football OPG. It did not renew on the 12th. Also have been Charged $9 on the 14th and $9 today the 15th and I have done absolutely nothing. I called beckett and they told me to send an email. This is getting very frustrating.

So, it appears that I've suffered a much worse fate than a lot of you. My OPG was not due for renewal...It was paid up through the end of this month....And yet, I can't view any prices. When I try to, it says "Buy Pricing". At this point, Beckett is STEALING money from me! I don't do a whole lot of complaining, but this is completely unacceptable, and I doubt I'll be wanting to continue paying for this crap, unless something is done to remedy this situation.

They currently have a dev dedicated to this issue as it's become worse over the last day or two. This thread is being monitored by us mods and Beckett employees and they are working on refunds, extensions, and getting the renewal process corrected. Please hang in there.

Same thing just happened to me...i had upped my baseball and basketball over the past few days (I have 3 $9 charges) on my card now....and now baseball and basketball are gone...i still have hockey (after the price hike) and football (from before the price hike) If it was not so sad...it would be funny...wish the c/s and managment of Beckett cared as much as these mods do. the mods are attentive, but apparently pretty overwhelmed and powerless to make things right.

On the list with the others for the auto renewal at new price..and double charged..yesterday and now today..and the opg isn't showing anything.i just hope that extra money they took out goes back soon..so i don't get any overdrafts from my bank.

as if it was not bad enough to get overcharged for the product...now we get overcharged..and don't get the product....hmmmm

They're currently working on all of these issues. Those that paid but it's not showing, those where people were double charged, etc.

Now my bank account is pending a charge of $45.90 from beckett for the 6 month football online price guide.
I forget what was the previous price for the 6 month subscription for automatic renewal?

cool, read the post where we were suppose to post in this thread / send an e-mail so was just doing both to make sure i was added to whatever list haha
