Couple of questions:
Can there be a single locked post that only the mod's can update and it stuck to the top of the page so i can do a quick glance at it? I'd like it to have a list of known problems and then if they've been fixed or not yet. I really can't stand going through so much on the message board. I dont like the idea of having to sort through posts and i really dont want to waste more time trying to find out if the features have been fixed or not for myself. The reason i ask this is because my subscriptions have expired and i have no intentions of wasting my money until i know they are fixed. I missed so much time on the last subscription and when i tried to talk to customer service for an extension, i failed to get anywhere. So, I'm waiting until the known issues are fixed so i know i can trust my organize to be true and i can actually do work on them.

How do we get in touch with customer service? I've sent emails and when i call, they have no idea what I'm talking about.

I will attemp it ..and the OPGs are working as far as the pay part goes

PLEASE make this happen. Maybe you can sticky it at the top next to "site suggestions". There have been around 6,000 (kidding of course) new threads created today about the same 5 main problems. I also agree that digging through 23 pages of problems and answers is a little too much too especially when it's the SAME problems being reported over and over. Please make a sticky that only mods and IT Guy and reply to to keep us updated...
