Adding to collections problem
I just created a folder to hold my 2011 Topps cards because the pricing's unavailable at this time. I wanted them in a folder so I could easily find and check their prices once the prices were available. I created a collection named 2011 Topps Unpriced. I moved 175 cards to the collection and it said they was added successfully. I then clicked on the collection to see the cards in the collection but it said that no records existed. I'm also having a problem with sending my cards to the trash. I checkmark the card then click send to trash and then click ok but the card stay right were it was at still checkmarked.

RE: Adding to collections problem
did you look for them in your entire collection, they, so far, have had a problem with this and I believe is one of their top priorities to fix. They just go into your general collection and not specific collections.

RE: Adding to collections problem
The cards are in my all items list yes but when I try to just add them to their own personal collection so I can find them easily with one click it don't work. Now my organize isn't working at all. I'm fine with being patient though because I know the site will be fixed in time but knowing I'm paying $24 right now stinks but the fact of the matter is I'm paying the $24 for pricing which does work. Organize has always been free so I can't complain too much.

I'm frustrated too right now as I just cracked open a box of jumbo 2011 Topps myself and want to get them on my organize

How'd you score?

RE: Adding to collections problem
added 200 cards into my collection today (various Upper Deck cards from 200-2002) and try to sort them into the correct folder, only to find that I cannot move anything...

Now, when they fix this problem, I am going to have to go through my entire list and add everything back manually.

cannot say I'm pleased right now.

RE: Adding to collections problem
I'm just not messing with my organize right now that way when it is all fixed I won't be so confused. I'm sure I'll have to tweak this and that though but for right now I'm using Microsoft Works spreadsheet and keeping my cards organized that way and when the site is functional and working I'll just add them from the spreadsheet. We can complain and gripe all we want but all that does is make the developers frustrated to the point where they just want to give up. Be patient, don't add cards to your organize right now, and I'm sure Beckett will do what's right and do something to reimburse their loyal users whether it's with free usage or refunds.

Man I agree.
I would not add, move, delete or DO ANYTHING to ORG now.
They are still working on it and updating data.

I wish the IT GUY would just come out and say "STAY OFF FOR A DAY OR TWO!"
Like a sprained ankle!!!!
