It's kinda like releasing a new model of a car and forgetting to put the engine in it. Hey it looks great, but oops the primary function is to be able to drive it from one place to another and if someone had actually tried to do that before releasing it, the problem would have been discovered. I also know you have no authority to answer the question of subscriptions, but Beckett better do some communicating in a obvious and open manner on what they plan to do before they alienate all of their subscribers. I never complained prior to this in the last 12 years of using beckett's webiste, even with the issues that we had. I have been a platinum subscrber for many years and I have been using the pricing since it was an application you bought and downloaded pricing into it. The problems of the last month with the outage, the promises that have been unkept, the dates that have been missed, and then this mess of a new site that was supposed to cure all of the issues, coupled with the total lack of communication from Beckett, have certainly fueled the fires of dissatisfaction. Put something on the main page!!! Let us know what the issues are and how fast they can be addressed. Let us know what are you going to do for us loyal subscribers for not having access to what we have paid for. Actually read the posts instead of having moderators read them so you realize how frustrated your user base is with your service. I am not asking for much, just communication from Beckett. |
