Yea i just read the terms of service. Since the trade happened on Beckett and not elsewhere Beckett would not be a 3rd party nor will they have record of the trade. Beckett won't go on the word of "no money was exchanged" because there would be nothing to verify it. That is why i asked how are people still trading when it's against the sites TOS. I wouldn't make a move until the site is fixed beings that this thread already shows the transaction was already agreed upon outside of system. Why would you want to go elsewhere and trade when the TOS was posted before you made the trade? If both parties would have read this the trade thread would not have existed anyway and no one would be salty.

Its funny if thats the rule. I traded a bobble head for cards and because bobble heads are not in the system we had to use PM. I talked to a mod about it and he never said it was wrong. What would be the difference?
