I have the same issue, I put some cards in my collection the first day (just a test run) and they only show up in my full organize. I have added them to my baseball collection but they still won't move over.

Yeah adding cards to organize does seem to work they just don't seem to go where you want them. If you search your whole organize they are definitely there though.
