Here's the issue with the address. The code may either have an error and Chrome, Firefox and maybe Safari ignore the error, but IE does not. The issue is there is an extra double quote for each item of the drop down list. If you have Chrome or Firefox, you can use that for now to change your address. However, after they get done with Organize and Trades, they'll be working on this too. Also, it is my recommendation that you use Chrome, it's just so much better than IE.

No, you're not doing anything wrong (unless you're trying a bmp). There are quite a few glitches with the system that the dev team is still working out.
