I think a new tab should be added with like a 12 room chat site.. 1 or 2 rooms for like a help desk and the rest for others to communicate live. it will help Beckett slow down with the bombardment of customer service issues. :-) .. Be a nice place for other collectors to haggle.

Yeah, I hang in voodoo chat now. Thats what gave me the idea. Can start with Beckett techs and maybe add several that grow to know this site well as Host/Help Admins. The chat itself will help us to meet one another a little easier as well. There's many advantages to this direction.
