Ultimate Collection Brands to Feature Three Times More Content
Ultimate Collection brands have undergone a major enhancement to the content of future releases, according to Upper Deck. Ultimate Collection products (SRP $100) will now have three times as many game-used and autograph cards than in years prior.Upper Deck Ultimate Collection brands will feature 12 core inserts per box, with one signature and two memorabilia cards being found per pack. The face lift continues as now every box will also yield one patch card numbered to 50 or less, on average. Many of these inserts will be multi-signed, multi-jersey or multi-patch variations as well. 2007 Ultimate Collection Baseball is set to arrive in October to capitalize on the World Series excitement. Major impact rookies that will be lending their signatures to the set include Tim Lincecum, Hunter Pence, Kei Igawa, Akinori Iwamura and more. Autographs of current day superstars will include Derek Jeter, David Ortiz, Ken Griffey Jr., Roger Clemens and other future candidates for Cooperstown. Autographs of legends will include Sandy Koufax, Stan Musial, Cal Ripken Jr., Tony Gwynn, Mike Schmidt and Don Mattingly, to name a few.2007 Ultimate Collection Football is set to arrive in early November just as the season is heating up. Autographs from the hottest rookies will feature players like Brady Quinn, Calvin Johnson and JaMarcus Russell to name a few.
