Good rule of thumb...Target, Wal -mart, and any retailer store will not sell hobby boxes. And are way less likely to get any hits let alone 7 in one box. Best places for hobby are online and Local Card Shops or Shows.

retail of most stuff is junk. especially in tri-star products...they might as well say heres x amount of base cards for the retail price.
