Need Input
Just wanted to get some feedback. I have recently just had patellar tedon surgery and it looks like I may not be able to return to my job. If this happens I am wondering about opening a card shop. I dont know if people collect the way they did in the past and was wondering what people thought. I dont need to make a ton of money, just enough to supplement my income. This is something I love and know about. Any info would be great. Thank You.

Need Input
Good Luck. It has always been a dream of mine to own a card/comic store. I don't have any info, but I'm sure there is people out there who do.

RE: Need Input
Do you remember Michelle Pfeiffer's character, Elvira Hancock, back in 1983 telling us, "Lesson number two: Don't get high on your own supply"? It is often easiest to make money at a business that sells something you don't want.
I look for HOF Chicago Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls, and Cubs. Add in a few personal favorites I collect from each team, and everything else in my collection is up for trade. |
