If he did not feel that confident from the start, he never should have dealt the card. To act like this though, with such vitrol, is stupid.

If he really has a mental problem I need to contact someone who lives with him to figure something out where they can assist me with completeing the deal. I never put nothing out saying I was going to harm any of them or him it was to find out how we can take care of the situation at hand which is giving me my card owed. Mybe his wife, son or daughter, Aunt, Uncle whoever it is can talk with him and get him to agree to send the card to me.

THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU JUST SAID ... you are going to explain to this guy's family that you are some guy off a baseball message board and you are mad because you never got a $100 card back. How do you think they are going to receive that? Geez, what's next ... he didn't reply to my message so let me ask his mom if she can put a word in for me ...

If he needs assistance like it has been said then his family would be the one that helps him so I will ask talk with them nicely give them my concerns. This is my last message to you because we will never see eye to eye. Thanks for posting your opinions though.

I'm sure YOUR concerns rank high on their list of priorities. Best of luck.

Same old BMB. Someone gets ripped off, they try to warn others and then have to defend themselves from other idiots. Since a $100 card is nothing to Reagle Beagle, then send him one. I have a feeling if it was him that got scammed then he would be here doing the same thing. Would it be more justifiable if he was scammed out of a $10,000 card?

Can you prove he is disabled or are you going off what he told people. I can prove to you I sent the card insured and in 2 weeks I will prove he not only recieved it but signed for it. The only reason I am responed to this is because I can't message you since the site is messed up my other complaint. So can you let the Topic die? Wow I wonder about you also.

I don't think anyone here can prove this guy is disabled.. anyone can annonymously join a message board claiming whatever they want. ripoff artists prey on the weak and compassionate and even though you want to give the benefit of the doubt it happens all too often to do so. If I were in this situation I would be calling this guy out too.. not only for my card but to alert others that a possible scam is being run by this trader. I don't think the OP has done anything wrong researching this guy..its all out there public knowledge for you to find and read. What if someone actually paid this person a visit and he was a perfectly normal functioning Dbag? Would everyone in this thread be on their soapbox still?

If the guy ended up being really disabled I still wouldn't hesitate to trade with you. You're just trying to protect yourself. I've been dealing online for over a decade and you see/hear stories like this all the time. Sometimes they are true, sometimes they aren't. Unfortunately a few rotten scam artists ruin it and put that doubt into traders minds.
Of course in my mind, disabled or not, if the guy got the card and he won't send out his end for whatever reason that makes him a bad trader. Hopefully the new site with its feedback will change somethings. It still makes me sick when I see traders back on this site after being banned from the old one for stealing. I wonder if the bans will get lost in the change over yet again.

I ship trades out within 2 business days with DC. If you have less than 20 feedback you're sending first. Please don't ask me to check your org if you're not going to respond. Enjoying the boards again one ignore list addition at a time.

I thank you BGT you have been a great trader for me and I am sure we will trade again.

i personally don't trust anyones word on the internet   I agree being concerned over a trade going wrong is good to look into...   if someone is disabled and has difficulty making their trades function properly or they will be slow...  they should state such before they confirm a trade with someone, or let someone else handle the trading for them.  if I wasn't able to properly handle what I do online (I am disabled also) I would not bother to do it if i couldn't do it properly. luckily for me I have been shipping/buying/selling items online and back when i ran a business online for many years so I stay on top of it.

my only reason for posting up earlier was to point out i didn't feel it needed two threads for the same subject.    hopefully the trade ends up working out. good luck chris.
