2006 Topps Total error card?

2006 Topps Total error card?
I have a 2006 Topps Total card #28.  According to Beckett on line, it is supposed to be Bethel Johnson.  My #28 is Bethel Johnson/Josh Miller.  This dual card is supposed to be #27.  To add to the confusion, #27 should be Bethel Johnson/Brad Johnson.  I'm confused. Is this an uncorrected error card?  Thanks for the help in advance.
