Don't email them, call them. Iv'e gotten more things done over the phone with them than you can possibly imagine. They can look up the account right at thqat moment and find the problem for you.

I agree.... I only have 1 negative with over 1000 positive.... the one negative came from a guy trying to scam me!!! I hate the fact ebay can't remove it... I had proof of him trying to scam me in the messages he sent me through Ebay and they still wouldn't remove it...!!!
