I am a member and have been for a few years. I recently acquired the original Rusty Wallace Rookie of The Year application he had to turn in for the rookie of the year entry dated Feb 9, 1982. I know that it's authentic considering the source I got it from, but without a COA, it might be worth 1/10 of it's value.

So with that in mind, what is a trustworthy company that will do it for me? Does Beckett handle things like this?

Also, would anyone venture to put a value on this? I'll try to post an image.

They only get a tude if you ask for a price to something that has an actual bv on it.
Something like this would just be an opinion and you wouldnt be doing anything wrong that I can see by asking for a price. But it is beckett so who knows for sure, lol.
As for the app. that is very cool and I myself have never seen anything like that...
But its gotta be worth hundreds or maybe even more to the right collector. Esp. if it truly is the original and not a copy.
You might ask shelbysaleen...he may know more about it or somebody who does.

No, it's not a copy. I have a degree in Graphic Art and there is no way that you could make a copy look this real without spending real big bucks. The paper is written on by hand and being a Rusty fan myself, I know his writing. I'll e-mail ShelbySaleen then...thanks a bunch!
