Need your Feedback... on Feedback
Long story, will try to make it short

Bought a card for under $10 dlvd.  It came in absolutely terrible condition, creased badly in a few spots, I can honestly say I have never received a card like that whether trading through Beckett, buying on Ebay or out of a pack.

Sent a message to the seller, seeing if there was anything we could do - I didn't ASK for anything, just what we could do.  They respond that the card was MINT when sent out.

I respond to say there is no way in the world that it was anything near mint

Seller sends a nasty message back.

Now, if this were some goofball, I would know what to do.  But it's a seller of 10 years 10K+ 100% positive feedback.  I don't wanna be the guy to give him his first negative, but I am out the money on this one and feedback is my only recourse.

Your feedback?

Thanks

Bill

How was it shipped to you?  PWE?  Bubble mailer? Was it in a top loader?  What was the shape of the envelope when it arrived?

Interested in EX-MT or better pre-'56 Cardinals, '53 Bowman Color & '74-'78 Topps.

If he is primarily a seller, has been on eBay that long, and has that attitude about discussing a problem then you won't be his first negative. Having 100% positive feedback as a seller only means you haven't gotten a negative in the last year. He's earned a negative based on his attitude in the matter. You also should file a case with Paypal based on item not as described. You'll probably have to return the item but I can't imagine you want to keep a destroyed card anyway.

RE: Need your Feedback... on Feedback
Took your advice and what do ya know? Immediate refund and a long message about "didn't you SEE MY FEEDBACK? I'm a 100% positive feedback seller and on and on and on..." I thought my response was simple and to the point:

"I see that you WERE a 100% feedback seller"
