Cutler has a very good chance of becoming a very good quarterback. What about Drew Stanton? With the targets he has to throw to, he could be very successful.

Not for much longer. I hope to gawd Roy gets traded to Dallas to give Romo another big target. Sick of the Lions trashy organization.

Plus, Romo has only played 2 seasons! He had a great throw at the end of the game that was just dropped by Crayton against the Giants. Hoping that the Cowboys will add another star receiver next year like Boldin, or Roy. Give him another year or so to settle down a little bit, and we will see how many playoff games he wins. I have a feeling that they could easily reach the SB this year. Hold me to it.

I'll homer pick with my heart as well. Drew Brees. He's put up some very solid numbers over the past few seasons and is definitely a leader in the mold of great QB's. I would dream to see the Saints add the missing pieces to the puzzle and get that elusive SB win.

But on a more realistic note, probably the guys in the best positions to make the jump are Tony Romo and Phillip Rivers. They are surrounded by talented squads and are expected to compete for the conference titles. Many young names have their individual talent, but being a team sport, the situation is just not there to make it likely in a year or two.
