yes he does, just send a letter saying you are a fan and would love his autograph- no SASE needed. He'll send you back his autographed picture/letter

Yes he does sign...Just send him any card or something because you'll get it back unsigned but he'll send you this letter back autographed:

ah ok, i was wondering why it was taking me so long to receive lol. I did trade for somebody else's TTM auto of him so I already have one.

and meloman, for the letters I usually do something like this:

Dear whoever,

[A paragraph of telling them why I'm a fan and just compliment them and stuff like that, usually like 3-5 sentences]

[Another paragraph telling them that I wish them the best of luck in the upcoming season, telling them that I hope they win a championship someday, and just wish them success in their career]

[Last paragraph asking for an auto, and I do this version usually:
I collect NBA player's autographs and I still need to add you to my collection. I would greatly appreciate it if you would autograph my card that I have included with this letter and return it back to me in the extra stamped envelope I have provided.]

[And end with:
Sincerely,
Your Name]
