I know who the person is. Not personally but Ive seen a post or two on here explaining the true rarity of the cards and they can not be found anywhere and Beckett has them undervalued and blah blah blah.

I've had the same person pay me 6 times for a card that ebay closed one of my auctions on (he's in Belgium, told him countless times I do not sell off-shore) yet he continues to keep paying me for cards he'll never get ???

I have the Sanchez Allen and Ginter card, I bought it in 2009, I remember it took me a few on the bay attempts to get it, I think it cost about $15, I finally bid enough to win it.

That card appears to be hard to find right now, maybe this one buyer has made it a crusade to buy as many as possible to drive up the price, that's their call.
The last few ebay sales have gone over $30.

At the end of the day, if one person tries to artificially inflate the price, they can try, but if no one buys them, they are left holding onto lots of cards that are unwanted.

The price on the bay is only what one person was prepared to pay to outbid others, if this card gets $30-35 in auctions, that's what it's worth, I'm amazed nobody noticed it available for less than $10.

I hope the aggressive buyer finishes up buying too much, and can't move it, it will be a lesson learnt.

I love that the person keeps trying to sell sealed boxes of 2009 Topps for $3,000, complete sets for $999, etc...

Per the listings I've seen at random the user has offered bounties for the boxes.

Well you succeeded in convincing me that this was, indeed, a peculiar encounter. What a nut-job that lady is.

Glad you stuck with the card rather than selling it for 7 bucks, I also would have kept it PC unless I was offered the right amount.
