Determining Price on BGS Grading
I wanted to get people's opinion when you grade a card, does it hold more value than its book value? For instance if your card is a Lebron James SPA is graded a 9.5 by bgs but the beckett booking is $1000, is the Lebron James card worth more than its BV because it is graded high? I do not understand who determines these prices?
