Hey, what is your opinion on Kenny Irons?

Think he has a future in the starter role with the Bengals and will he be a good RB?

Good RB with promise, if he stays healthy he should be fine. He will compliment Rudi a lot

I'm doubting he will be ready for the start of the season. Probably headed to PUP

Historically a RB with an early "Big" injury doesn't ever turn out well for us in the long run.
Hopefully Chris Perry starts a new trend and Kenny will be fine.

Is it me or does it seem that most Auburn RB's are injury prone?

It does seem like that, but they all turn out pretty good for at least a season or so.

Ronnie Brown broke out for the first games before injury

Cadillac played great his rookie year, but was injured the next year.

Bo Jackson would've turned out to be one of the greats but had a drastic injury.

Rudi Johnson had a good year but was injured last year.

Most SEC backs take a beating, they play hard.

Ki-Jana Carter????

Let's not forget Kenny Watson..slowly coming back
Chris Perry....Looks good need proof
Corey Dillon...Wasn't the same after he started getting hurt
Icky Woods...Straight down the tubes

And that's just the what I can remember off the top....I know the list is longer
Even Boobie Clark, but like Corey his was a little later in the career than the other guys.
Yay Archie Griffen:lol:

he will fade away into the distance like most players.

where are you Troy Smith RB from iowa state? Byron Haspard? Cedric Benson? Sedrick Irvin? antwain smith, robert edwards, fred beasley, r. droughns, Leland Mcelroy ,

Players that people thought would make a difference....and did NOTHING!! The list could go..on and on....getting hurt will end his career.

Irons will be in that Catagory..imo.
