I don't see there's any way the NFL is gonna suspend him for a year, one arrest (the false imprisonment charge) was complete BS. That said, I don't think a smaller suspension is out of the question.
I think Marshall's down to his last strike with the Broncos. The Broncos have done a lot of dumb things over the years, but one thing they haven't put up with is guys getting in trouble off the field (even though they've drafted guys with bad track records). If Marshall does one more stupid thing off the field, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Broncos take action before the NFL does.
Really a shame too, because the guy has a talent to be a top 5 receiver in the NFL, but that doesn't matter if he can't grow up and stay out of trouble.
Sure hope Eddie Royal can step up in case Marshall ends up being a lost cause.

No way he misses the whole year. He might miss a game or 2 but that'll be all. He's gotta stay out of trouble though or else he's dunski.

He's 6'5" 230? What a beast! I love watching this guy play. He's incredible after the catch. Might be the best in the game after the catch.

I'm sorry but I'm siding with Marshall here man, yeah I may be a homer but I've seen first hand what women can do in situations like this and trust me ... the man ALWAYS get's the shaft.

If she's money hungry and she obviously knows he's got it, why not take a few hit's to the dome from a girlfriend and then set him up for the $$$$$. I hope everything works out for Marshall and this dirty air is cleared up. IF he is suspended it won't be because of any of this crap, it will be his DUI that get's him. JMO.
