and this is very sad, im trying to do some research for buying/trading cards and the site wont allow me, this is not right, i pay for this, at least businesses like comcast pay you back your money when youre not getting the service you pay for. I am very angry right now!!!!!!!!

Technically, you don't pay for the search function to work. Technically, you pay a subscription for an OPG. The rest of the site (Organize, Search, Help, Trading, etc) is free of charge. Not that they shouldn't have it working, but the money you put towards the site is for time researching the market and values.

Yes, I can't get anything for 2009/10 Panini, 2009/10 Classics, 2007/08 Upper Deck...NOTHING. What is wrong with Beckett? I hope they read this. I'm always having trouble accessing their site...day or night, 24/7. It's very frustrating to PAY for access to their Basketball, Baseball and Football pricing guides and not be able to get prices. Beckett...DO BETTER, UPGRADE YOUR SERVERS, ETC.

That does make some sense xstream, but if i didnt pay for this site i wouldnt use this site, so i feel like when i pay for my opg i would like it to work correctly. That being said, i mean when i want to look up prices for cards and i cant search for them, even a general search such as 2007 stadium club, nothing comes up. This is where i feel cheated, i type in kevin durant and nothing shows up. So its like im paying for data i cant access. And im not talking about the other mishaps about trading and such, im strictly talking about being able to look up prices for cards.

But, we do pay for card prices. We should be able to get those 24/7/365. Maybe they should send everyone a printed Beckett magazine. There are at least 30 times a month that I try to access prices and the site is down. Shame on Beckett for poor service.

I use Beckett and never had any issues. Always make sure that your computer's system are of the minimum requirement of todays modern standards. Make sure that your browser are always updated, and download any specific software that you need to access videos and stuff. Also, make regular anti-virus scans of your computer to increase performance and speed. I will not name specifics on which must be updated, downloaded or modified in your system. My words are my opinion... Suffer the risk and/or troubles if you do not learn. Peace out!
