i bought a spa brassard fw card graded 9.5, the lable says kyle okposo, how can i tell if the card was switched and the brassard put in its place?

Although its difficult to do popping a BGS holder is rarely done,,,, most times its a mislabel,,,, but the pic will give out a clue,,,,,

A pic and if the pic is not clear, the serial number will help trace what was graded around it.  Check the serial numbers going up and down ten to see what else was graded and you may find your answer there.  If not, inspect the holder real good t see if it was popped.  Also by running the serial number for the day it was graded will help.  Something recent would most likely eliminate the tampering.
