The guy with the Mueller is nuts. He wants 2k. I heard he has a 1500 offer, I would take that all day and run. IMO, Marks Vanek is a lot nicer, better design, better player and he is asking $2k and no one has hit it yet.

It's not my card, and I don't know the seller - in fact I put in an offer, and got the same $2000 counteroffer, but personally I am of the opinion that the shield cards are actually underpriced. When you figure how many millions of dollars get spent on Ultimate Collection wax with most people hoping against hope that they'll pull one of these as their massive hit, and when you consider the fact that Mueller was tied for 3rd in rookie scoring, and 2nd in goals, I would say even at $2000, that card is a bargain for a hardcore Mueller collector.
Of course the price of the singles is going to come down to supply and demand, but if I was selling it, I might actually hold firm around $2500-3000

Like I said though, I would much rather have the Vanek from 05-06. Better design, better player and thats up there for $2k bin and no one has hit it.
