Listen, Upper Deck did something similar to me. I had to wait almost 3 years for them to fix a situation. They couldn't get a redemption to me that was valued at $450. Two years later when they finally got my replacement to me the value of my card decreased to $400. The replacement still was short bv by $60. So I contacted them, because they are suppose to give you equal value or more. A half year later with numerous lies and calls, they did give me something better.

You just have to stay on them. Me personally I like the card that they gave you, but I doubt that is equal value. We're talking about a 1/1 Jordan Auto! I would like to think that you will get more for a Jordan 1/1 Auto than a Dual Jordan/LeBron /15 Auto.

I think I got screwed especially waiting 3 years for something. Im not even a fan of LBJ and could care less about his auto on there. If I pulled a redemption card 1/1 then make the card dont substitute it. Its like going to a restaurant and asking for filegot mining and the guy comes back with a sirloin steak. What's with this entitlement that they owe you a 1/1 card? It says equal or a higher value card and that replacement card they sent you is = or higher value. There is no terms that say well since you waited 3 years for the replacement they "owe" you something "extra". Waiting 3 years for the card isn't something that's going to cause you death. So if you don't understand what I'm basically trying to say, well I'll make it simplier. It's a good replacement for the 1/1.

"......we will replace your card with a comparable card at the sole discretion of "company name". Remember, we intend to fill a replacement with the best comparable card available. "

I have a suggestion for all card companies.....quit putting redemption cards in packs. If you don't have the card when the set is released, don't release it. I absolutely hate buying older boxes of cards, to find a redemption of a good player that has expired. That makes the value of the box far less valuable as a collectable. Not to mention it is a pain to have to send a redemption in for a card and then wait 3-6 months to get it.

When I pulled the redemption card of Jordan most of his 1/1 stuff was going between 1700 and 3000. That is at a lower price and no one out there can tell me that MJ 1/1 is going to go less then a 1000. The LBJ MJ card I got is probably worth anywhere 600 to 900 at best. There is no way these cards =. I made a mistake filet mignon sorry lol. They dont care and if people want to settle thats on them. I will be calling on Monday they can keep this card or send something more.
