I just called UD to workout a replacement for a card that they have said they will not produce, and was told that they are going to launch an on-line replacement system that will allow you to pick the card that you want in return. They didn't really have any details about the system, other than to say that you can choose from multiple sports and they plan to have a tier system for declared value of exchanges. Has anyone else heard of this new system, and do you think it will be an improvement for the replacement policy?

That sounds pretty good if it works. The only thing that bugs me sometimes about replacements, is when you get a sweet card in return, and your kind of upset that it was never put into the actual packs, especially when you buy a ton of boxes.

Anyways, UD has always done me very good with my replacements, but I'm almost always resonable with my requests.
