I was in one online a few years ago. Just did a quick search, and could not find one.

The purpose is you start with 166 mil, you pick a roster using as much, or little of that as you want. All players are available to everyone. Each player will have a value, with top QBs being the highest. Even as high as 100 mil for one player. There is no draft except to put together your roster. As players have good and bad weeks, their value changes. You only get money back if you sell a player. Of course you hope to sell at a higher price than you paid. I am not sure if the goal is head to head play, or to try and end the season with the highest value team. Most likely a little of both.

The goal would be to put together a balanced team with as many sleepers and a few stars.
