I believe the 97 UD mini you scanned is actually a 96 UD mini modeled after the collector's choice release from that year... and that card (at least Marino) is listed in OPG. It's HIGHLY undervalued in the case of the foil cards... you see one a year at most.
As for the 97 Ultra brown backs, it's been discussed quite a bit and I think we're all in agreement that they're complete fiction ... that is, unless someone can show us one
