I called and checked the status about a week ago and customer service rep said yes they are here and being processed. I think she just looked at delivery confirmation and saw that it had been delivered but didnt actually check to make sure that they could find them. At this point im not even sure it was signed for by a BGS employee. I will post an update whenever I figure out what is going on.
