I have submitted cards for gradings 4 times in the last 6 months and this is what has occurred every single time. This is for the 20 day service BTW.
I get the an email on week 3 saying my order has been received, then I don't see another email till the day the cards have been shipped. Why there's a lag time on the order status is beyond me. I always get my cards on time so I can't complain but it would be nice to get notification as soon as the cards are in Becketts' possession.
