Eagles33, your orders were shipped on the 22nd. It turned out to be just what we though. Combining a 2 day and 45 day order got the box put in line with the 45 day stuff. When I asked about it, grading fixed that and processed the order.

joncarrie2006, yours is graded and shipping out today.

ds-cards, today is business day 17 since your 20 day package was received. It is not in the system yet.

Two things are going on here.
1. Grading is swamped and working extra to get everything out the door by deadlines.
2. Grading has recently changed to a new piece of software to track grading orders. As with any new software there is a bit of learning curve, which slowed them down.

Because of these 2 things, there is a shortage of manpower for entering packages into the system as soon as they are delivered to us. They are received, sorted by deadline date, and locked up in the vault. At the moment, the order is being entered into the system right when the grading process is starting, which is usually very near to the deadline date.

We recommend that all packages be shipped with delivery confirmation. If you receive the confirmation, then the package is here and waiting it's turn to be processed.
