I dont base it off what is in the beckett. An individual should know if he is or isnt a super collector. I dont base it on the size of the collection i base it on honesty. I dont think it should be based on size or how unique your collection is. Its a kids hobby... If a child feels they are a super collector so be it what ever is going to put a smile on a kids face to see he/her name on the list in red. Not everyone is made of money to afford ever single card in the world. That is what i base it on...
