Didn't hear anything from customer service again today. My days are counting down and I have no OPG even though I got charged for it. Trying to contact customer service is ridiculous. No responses to emails, busy signals on the phone and when you do get through, there is a menu. Your go through the menu and pick the best option and you get a healthcare service?????? They, the health care service, are aware of the issue and they offer to forward your information to Beckett. I thought this was a $10+ million a year business. This is being run like it is a couple people working out of someone's garage.
