I understand that there are going to be issues with the new site. But somewhere enough is enough. Being over charged for 2 OPG's then not even have access to them is just ridiculous. They are going to continue to lose customers if they don’t resolve even the simple issues like this and stop worrying about the aesthetic stuff.

All I can really say is that they have Bill and a developer whose sole missions are to get all aspects of the OPG working. The other developers and staff are working on the aesthetic stuff. You posted in the right thread as they are using this to keep track of who gets refunds and who needs to have theirs renewed because it didn't when the system came over. Please be patient. As soon as I hear word I'll send it forward. Thanks.
