Gotta call them man. Funny thing is with my Gerald Mccoy from '10 crown it was a nightmare! They sent the wrong card after 11 months blah blah blah everyone has heard the story I've told it so much. I called about my crappy Sean Witherspoon auto from limited and left a message thinking oh well worth a shot. Was marked as shipped the next day. I bet the one you have the player never signed or something. Better off getting a replacement unless it's a HOFer or PC hit.
