I mailed in a submission last week, with delivery confirmation saying the package arrived on Friday. In my past experience, I have always received an e-mail confirming receipt, entry into the system, and the deadline by which the cards would be graded. I am a little concerned as I have received nothing via e-mail, nor does my order status page reflect that the submission has been received. Is there some sort of lag going on now that I'm not aware of? Thanks!
