I was trying to clean up my collection and sell some stuff to help pay bills. Now, when it comes to GU, AU, Inserts, and Parallels, would it be a good gauge to say that anything /50 or less is worth keeping or should it be /100 or /25? So, basically what I'm asking is what is worth keeping now that will be worth something in the future?

It really depends on the player, the set, etc.

There aren't many cards that will be worth more in the future unless i) the player dies (sad but true), ii) the set suddenly catches fire, or iii) the player suddenly starts playing like a superstar.

Generally, if anything, card prices decrease over time.

Therefore, it's very difficult to answer your question. But obviously the rarer the better, so maybe just keep the cards with the lowest print run.
