It's getting to the point where I can't watch Hot Stove and Clubhouse Confidential. I keep fast fowarding my DVR whenever it comes up. Anyone else or is it just me.....

It is annoying. I think both will win a couple MVPs in their remaining careers. All the debating is getting annoying.

I am glad I don't have time to watch right now. The debate should be over. I was hoping Trout would win, but he didn't, so let's move on. He has a good ten to fifteen years to win several.

I wanted Trout to win this and he didn't. ESPN and MLB Network need to get over it and start talking about something else.

I think people are still talking about this because both Miguel Cabrera and Mike Trout are worthy of getting the MVP, but they're good in different ways.

Miguel Cabrera got the triple crown and basically made himself the MVP in the eyes of those who still value the old school stats like .AVG, RBI and HRs. Plus his team made it to the postseason
Mike Trout meanwhile didn't get the triple crown and his team just missed the playoffs but he was a MVP in his own right by putting up amazing numbers in a lot of the new analytical stats like WAR, UZR and what not.

Because it's impossible to compare these two and come up with a right or wrong answer people still wanna keep beating the horse and keep stating their opinions even when they know that no one cares anymore. It also doesn't help that there isn't anything new happening right now. Unless Josh Hamilton and Zack Greinke sign at this moment or some other blockbuster trade happens the Miggy vs Trout arguement is all the baseball media has to talk about at this point.

I think it's semi entertaining still. It's even funnier when they read the emails and twitter comments about it. I was laughing at a few of them this morning on the Hot Stove.
